What does this role hold for you…??

  • Manage end-to-end Order to Cash cycle, from customer billing to payment collection.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on collections.
  • Support month-end closing activities related to receivables.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies.
  • Experience in GST/TDS Calculations, credit control, and customer ledger management.
  • Verify sales orders and ensure accurate invoice processing.
  • Generate invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and account statements.
  • Ensure billing is completed accurately and within defined timelines.
  • Perform customer account reconciliation and resolve payment mismatches.
  • Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and internal departments for payment
    collections.
  • Investigate short payments, deductions, and disputed invoices.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and maintain dispute trackers.
  • Reduce overdue receivables and improve collection performance.

Apply if you have…

  • 2–6 years of experience in O2C / Accounts Receivable / Collections.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, and reconciliation.
  • Good knowledge of O2C processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reconciliation).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good analytical ability and attention to detail.
